Where technical delivery meets contractual entitlement.

A Kenyan consultancy for the contract and commercial side of construction

Who we are

CEACM Consultants Limited is a Kenyan professional consultancy providing specialised services in quantity surveying, contracts management, commercial administration, claims advisory and project support for construction, infrastructure and development projects.

We support contractors, employers, engineers, developers, public agencies and project financiers where technical execution has to be aligned with contractual compliance, cost certainty, programme awareness and defensible documentation.

A significant part of our professional experience is in water and sanitation infrastructure, including water supply rehabilitation, transmission mains, borehole connections, pumping systems, tanks, bulk metering, sewerage infrastructure and dam rehabilitation.

Our positioning

CEACM bridges the gap between technical delivery and contractual entitlement. We help project teams protect value through timely notices, reliable measurement, disciplined records, clear valuation, claim substantiation, commercial strategy and structured stakeholder communication.

CEACM is not limited to traditional quantity surveying. Its value lies in bringing cost management, contracts administration, claims strategy, stakeholder communication and project records into one coordinated commercial management function.

Clear communication

Formal letters, reports, registers and dashboards are structured for employers, engineers, funders and senior management.
