Sectors
Sectors: water supply first
CEACM's strongest sector thread is water and sanitation infrastructure. The director's experience includes emergency water supply, transmission pipelines, borehole connections, pumping systems, storage tanks, bulk metering, sewerage networks, treatment works, pumping station rehabilitation and dam rehabilitation. That gives CEACM a practical understanding of the technical-commercial interface that often drives variations, delay events, payment disputes and final account issues.
Why water projects are commercially demanding
Existing assets, incomplete records, live operations.
Water works often involve existing assets, incomplete records, stakeholder interfaces, procurement dependencies, live operations and urgent delivery pressure. CEACM's role is to convert these realities into clear records, proper notices, fair valuation, defensible claims and practical commercial decisions. Typical triggers include design changes, delayed information, non-conforming site conditions, remeasurement, omitted works, procurement delays, payment issues and time-related cost effects.
